Our branding irons are built from high-quality steel with an optional stainless steel upgrade available by adding the “Stainless Upgrade” to your order.

Whether you need an iron for your ranch, business, or even a wedding, we can create one for you!

• Durability: Made to last for years without warping, blotching, or cutting hide.
• Sizes: Available in multiple sizes to fit your needs.
• Thickness: All steel is cut to the same thickness—variations in line thickness cannot be done. We can provide a proof of your design before production.
• Design Limits: Full words or highly detailed logos cannot be produced, as they increase the risk of blotching.
• Performance: Our irons are designed to apply even pressure for a clean, consistent brand.

Handle Options:

• Pipe Handles: Stay cool to the touch when kept out of the flame (gloves may still be needed for extended branding).
• Loop Handles: Traditional old-style design; they will get hot, so gloves are required.

Default handle length is 4 ft. Please message us if you’d like a custom handle length.
